Season 2 in Pre-Production Hello, this is Jeremy Scheffee of Fermie Films, Moxie Spendlove and of course, Divinity Dicksin himself. Last year at this time, we had just wrapped principal photography on what became season 1 of Moxie Spendlove. It's hard to believe that a year has gone by since we started the long, lonely task of importing 1920 minutes of footage into Final Cut Pro so we could turn around and spend hours of our evenings and weekends, splicing together footage and slowly buildling each episode until we got to our final cut of the project. So if you are a fan of the series, you may be asking what is happening with season 2. Well, truthfully, there's not much to talk about for season 2 yet. Don't get me wrong, we are working continuously on the scripts for season 2 and we are really pleased with what we have so far. So what do we have so far? Glad you asked. Looking at season 1 with a critical eye is where we started. Our goal is to have the episodes be a bit shorter, but have way more going on. Better dialogue, funnier situations, unbelievable plot twists! We're going over the scripts with a fine-toothed comb looking for weak spots, and areas of opportunity. But beyond the script what do we have in store? Well, overall we are trying to make season 2 better in every way than season 1. From a quality perspective we are really trying to address the audio issues that we experienced in season 1. We're also focusing on better lighting, vibrant colors and more impressive cinematography. We also want our actors to have the opportunity to really shine this season, so to give them the best possible scripts, Jason and I have really been thinking about character traits for each character, what their mannerisms are and how they react to situations. We hope that the characters you loved in season 1 are even better in season 2. So keep visiting the website over the next few months as we get past the pre-production phase and hit production. We'll be providing photos and videos from the set, as well as blogs from the cast and crew. To top that off, we will relaunch the website with a new, sleek look. The image above is a preview of our new, more glamorous style... bougie if you will. Thanks for visiting,
